As a founding partner of The Bureau, Matt McGraw came out of retirement to fight for the soul of blockchain. McGraw is a self-professed corporate governance nerd, and startup scaling expert. His previous venture, Rocket Science Consulting, was acquired by Synoptek in 2014, after achieving rapid and sustained year-over-year revenue growth, consistently ranking among the top 100 fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area, and earning multiple INC 500 awards. Rocket Science provided design and development, managed services, and IT strategy consulting for Fortune 1000 firms, as well as corporate innovation sprints, and a total outsourced solution for quickly scaling startups. Notable Rocket Science partners include technology industry heavyweights Heroku, Engineyard, Github, and Joyent, as well as consumer tech giants Facebook, UBER, Twitter, PopSugar and Square. Prior to Rocket Science, Matt was instrumental to the M&A rollup strategy at All Covered, a nationwide IT services firm. McGraw is also the CEO of Dispatch Labs, an Ethereum-compatible distributed ledger protocol built for enterprise applications and businesses that rely on big data. The Dispatch Protocol will launch with more than 30 million users when the platform goes live in Q3 of 2018. Dispatch is the culmination of his passion for technologies that disrupt hierarchies, and disseminate control of secure information to data users, and away from monopolistic corporations. The Bureau is a public benefit corporation based in San Francisco that invests in projects and companies that further the success of the entire blockchain ecosystem. The Bureau offers full- stack ICO services, an in-house blockchain accelerator, and a hedge fund for investing in impact technologies built on the blockchain.
